“This week our basement was waterproofed by your company. We’re certainly glad we survived our stress about it!
Your crew was efficient, punctual, and friendly. When we had questions, we were able to get patient answers from crew and supervisors as well.
Our basement is a walkout which is 75% finished–wall-to-wall carpeting, tile, finished walls. An enormous amount of work was accomplished here this week creating quite a bit of debris. Amazingly, it’s now cleaned up! Our landscaping has been put back in place–even my impatiens plants have been repotted!!
It’s been a true learning experience–everyone should be aware of what an innocent looking little leak can represent.
We’re planning to stay dry.
